The brand quartet

Four words. Four commitments. One brand.

Every Cognielo surface lands at least one of these. The architecture lands all four. Each one ties to a specific patent claim and a public-source anchor — the words are construction, not vibe.

One

Data Sovereignty.

The user is the constitutional authority over their own data. Cognielo's substrate gives the user the keys, the audit trail, the export, the deletion, and the cryptographic guarantee that the operator (Cognielo itself) cannot read the data — even if subpoenaed. This is not "we don't sell your data." This is the user is sovereign over their data.

Why this language matters now: post-Dobbs, post-Cambridge Analytica, post-23andMe-bankruptcy, "privacy" has been diluted to mean "we have a privacy policy." Data Sovereignty is a stronger frame — the user's right to their own data, not the company's promise not to abuse it. Every state-AG enforcement action in 2025–2026 reads as "the company didn't respect data sovereignty." Cognielo is the first AIOS that gets that right by construction.

Two

AIOS — Artificial Intelligence Operating System.

Cognielo isn't an app. Isn't a SaaS. Isn't a chatbot wrapper. It's an AIOS — an Artificial Intelligence Operating System that runs underneath 20 surfaces with one cryptographic substrate, one Coach, one transparency dial, and one set of patent-substantiated mechanisms.

Why this language matters: category recognition. "App" puts you in the App Store comp pool. "SaaS" puts you in the productivity-software pool. "AIOS" puts you in the operating system pool — Apple's iOS, Google's Android, Microsoft's Windows. Categorically different valuation multiples and categorically different moat.

Patent connection: AIOS is the umbrella term in Elo Ai Docs/patent/AIOS_FILING_STRATEGY.md. Every claim uses "AIOS" in its specification text.

Three

WebRTC.

The standards-based real-time-communication peer-to-peer protocol. WebRTC lets two devices talk directly without a server intermediary. Chatelo's claim 1.14 worked example uses WebRTC for operator-blind P2P messaging — Cognielo never sees the conversation because the conversation never touches Cognielo's infrastructure.

Why this language matters: WebRTC is technically credible vocabulary. It's a W3C/IETF standard every web developer recognizes. Every video call (Zoom, Meet, FaceTime, Discord) uses some form of WebRTC. When Cognielo says "operator-blind by construction," WebRTC is the mechanism. It's the part skeptics can independently verify in our source code.

Patent connection: claim 1.14. The STUN-no-Cognielo-host CI test is a PR-blocking GitHub Action — the WebRTC posture cannot regress without breaking the build. Source anchor: Packages/ChateloKit/Sources/ChateloKit/Services/RatchetEngine.swift (header lines 5–62).

Four

Breachless.

Substrate locality + multi-profile cryptographic isolation + LLM-bound HKDF entropy. The threat model accepts breach as possible and makes it useless. Cognielo's signing keys are bound to non-reproducible LLM-derived entropy that's discarded at keygen time — to forge a signature an attacker would need to time-travel. Even with full device compromise plus future quantum compute, the historical entropy can't be replayed.

Why this language matters: "post-quantum" is now table stakes. "Breachless" is the brand companion to claim 1.25's multi-profile cryptographic isolation, claim 1.27's ML-DSA-Dilithium signing primitives, and claim 1.28's SPHINCS+ hash-based hybrid. The word names the architectural property: a breach of Cognielo's servers gets the attacker an encrypted blob with no key, by construction.

Patent connection: claims 1.15 + 1.25 + 1.26 + 1.27 + 1.28 + 1.30. Source anchors: elo-core/src/pq_signatures.rs (16/16 tests passing), EloShared/Encryption/PostQuantumSignatures.swift.

The 30-second pitch

Use the words by name.

Cognielo is an AIOS — the first Artificial Intelligence Operating System with Data Sovereignty. 20 surfaces run on one cryptographic substrate. Coach knows everything you let it know, nothing you don't. Messaging is WebRTC peer-to-peer — we're not on the wire. Breachless by construction: the threat model accepts breach as possible and makes it useless. 23 patent claims back this. Audit-from-source. No ads, ever. Founders Lifetime $599.99 once, 1,000-seat hard cap.

That's the founder talk track. If a 30-minute interview doesn't land at least three of the four, the segment was off-brand.
